The Chicago Cubs (36-38) are gearing up to take on the St. Louis Cardinals (31-44) at 1:10 p.m. Saturday afternoon in a London series edition of the MLB World Tour.

This will be the second time MLB teams face off in the UK since the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox last played at the Olympic Stadium four years ago.
Chicago is coming off of a series sweep against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Cubs won the first game 8-0, the second 4-0, and the third 8-3. Mike Tauchman, Yan Gomes, and Nick Madrigal paved the way for the team in the first game as each of them scored two runs apiece. Drew Smyly had four strikeouts from the mound.
St. Louis, on the other hand, just suffered three straight losses — 8-6, 9-3, 3-0 — to the Washington Nationals. Tommy Edman had a decent outing in the first game with his three runs scored and he also had a RBI. Cardinals pitcher Jack Flaherty managed to strikeout out five players in the loss.
