Former University of Louisville basketball standout and NBA veteran Felton Spencer has died.He was 55. Spencer was a first-round draft pick in the 1990 NBA draft, sixth overall. He played in the NBA for 12 seasons.At UofL, he was the all-time leader in career field goal percentage.
