How to Watch Super Tuesday on January 10: North Carolina v. Virginia, Oklahoma v. Kansas – NCAA Men’s Basketball | Channel, Stream, Preview

Another edition of Super Tuesday in the land of men’s college basketball sees a plethora of exciting intraconference matchups, including some of the top-ranked teams in the nation squaring off.

Oklahoma Sooners (10-5, 1-2 Big 12) vs. #3 Kansas Jayhawks (14-1, 3-0 Big 12)

Coming into Tuesday night, the Jayhawks are rolling. Since their loss to Tennessee in the Bahamas Thanksgiving weekend, Kansas has won eight-straight games, most recently this past Saturday providing a beating of West Virginia. They, along with Kansas State and Iowa State, are the only teams remaining in the Big 12 with undefeated records. The J-Birds have also put up over 70 points in six of their last eight games.

The Sooners are back in the win column after picking up their first win in Big 12 play. After opening their conference schedule with losses to the likes of Texas and Iowa State, Oklahoma came out with a big effort against Texas Tech. They will need another big effort if they want to take down one of the best teams in the country.

North Carolina Tar Heels (11-5, 3-2 ACC) vs. #11 Virginia Cavaliers (11-3, 3-2 ACC)

Virginia is off to an excellent start once again, though they have had to battle in the early going in their ACC schedule. Thus far, the Cavaliers have suffered losses to Miami and Pitt, but have picked up conference wins against Florida State, Georgia Tech and Syracuse. Coming into Tuesday, they are tied for fourth in the ACC with a 3-2 record, a couple of games back of the undefeated Clemson Tigers.

One of the schools Virginia is tied with includes the Tar Heels. Coming off of their big win on Saturday against Notre Dame, North Carolina has back-to-back victories, as they took down Wake Forest last Wednesday. They have struggled against top-25 teams this season, however, as they lost to teams such as Alabama and Iowa State earlier this season.
