How to Watch the Detroit Tigers vs. Tampa Bay Rays – MLB Spring Training | Channel, Stream, Preview

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – With just a few weeks left in Spring Training, teams are getting fine-tuned for the upcoming season. On Monday, the Detroit Tigers get set for a meeting in an MLB ballpark when they take on the Tampa Bay Rays.

With some Tigers getting ready to rejoin the team as the World Baseball Classic sees some teams get eliminated, Detroit continues to chug along in Grapefruit League action. Monday will be a split-squad game, with some players heading over to Sarasota to take on the Baltimore Orioles. As a team, the Tigers have been well, as they are 10-7 so far down in Florida, including earning consecutive wins over the Atlanta Braves and Minnesota Twins, currently the fifth-best record in the Grapefruit League.

Tampa has been up and down throughout the preseason, but they have certainly shown the ability to be another competitive team in the American League East. The Rays are 7-7, coming off a win over the New York Mets on Sunday.

Detroit and Tampa will meet one more time in Spring Training action on March 26, the last tune-up prior to Opening Day.
